Returning and exchanging Everflex orders bought with Afterpay is simple and straightforward. If you want to refund, return, or exchange your shoes, then you can post them back to our online store (this will be at your own cost).

2. Make sure you include your order number and the purchase details
3. Everflex will contact you by email with everything you need to return your order for a refund.
